AUGUST 2011 - BOYD FAMILY, ENGLAND (THIRD VISIT)
Thank you so much Mark and Theresa for letting us stay at your beautiful villa once again. Before we flew out this August we wondered if the villa could possibly be as wonderful as we remembered it from our last visits and of course it was - and better! The rooms are all fantastic and furnished to a very high standard, the master bedroom with the on-suite and dressing room is just amazing. The kids loved their bedrooms and even got to choose their bedding from Theresa before they went. Many happy evening were spent in the pool followed by air hockey and pool in the games room, exactly what was needed to relax after a busy day in the theme parks. The villa is in an ideal location and it was so easy to get to the parks each day, at Disneyland we joked that it seemed to take longer to get from the car park to the park than it did to travel from the villa! Can't wait till we can visit again. Thank you The Boyd Family
AUGUST 2011 - DOVER FAMILY, ENGLAND
We've had a fantastic time in Florida, it's safe to say the best holiday we've had. We would add that staying at MICKEYS SUNRISE VILLA was part of the reason it was so good.
There is so much to mention about it...the kids dressing up outfits, the themed rooms, the games room, the pool, even down to the collection of books and DVDs which were useful when someone wanted a break from the hectic job of enjoying yourself. All of these touches really added to the holiday.
The villa was a great base for us and offered the ideal relaxation away from the almost frantic rushing around with the Parks. We had some great times in the pool before heading out or when we got back from days out and we were even allowed us some tanning time by the girls, not a lot mind you. We also had some laughs playing pool and air hockey in the games room.
The weather was fantastic, so lucky for us the ponchos weren't needed - there were loads of little touches you wouldn't find at other villas and an example of that was the use of the ponchos, that were not only useful (and usually needed) but saved a few dollars as well.
Thanks Theresa, loved our time at Mickeys and hope to be back soon.

How to describe the villa in one word? Brilliant!
It is a lovely villa, whenever we go there is a fight over who gets what room and I normally win the fight to get the purple bedroom! It has the most amazing comfortable bed and I absolutely love the bathroom. The house is very welcoming and so are the management company (any slightest of problems, they were at the end of the phone and would help out). We love the décor.
The best feature of the house has to be the swimming pool, it was very difficult to get out of the pool once you were in it due to its warmth and how inviting it looked. We loved it so much we have already booked the villa again for next year, (3rd stay) and we haven't been back for long. Theresa and Mark were great and answered any questions we had.

To say it has been a hectic return to reality is a big understatement and nothing like the fantastic break we had at mickeys sunrise villa.
The villa itself was amazing and just couldn't have been better. The themed bedrooms were a huge hit with our children and they felt so at home, right from the first moment we arrived. The toys and dressing up were so enjoyed and the soft toys shared their beds every night.
We had many 'contests' in the games room, which brough out the competitive nature of boys vs girls (and the children loved it too)!
There were so many personal touches throughout and your phone call was greatly appreciated. The pool was perfect; it was a great place to relax and play after a 'hard' day at the park and we are missing is so much already.
The weather was beautiful and that, with our lovely home from home, meant that we had the best holiday ever! We would very much recommend your villa to friends and family and, in fact, we already have!

EASTER 2011 WHITTING FAMILY, ENGLAND
Thank you very much for a wonderful stay in a beautifully equiped villa.
We were very impressed with the standard of this lovely home and that is exactly how it felt to us, the children (11 & 13) felt immediately at ease, so much so, we didn't go anywhere for two days.
Even though my children were a little bit older I was very impressed with the array of entertainment for both young and old, with the games room catering for all and plenty of DVD's and books.
The villa is beautifully decorated again to suit all ages.
I would highly recommend this villa to anyone wishing to stay in Florida.

NOV/DEC 2010 – COMISKEY & KELLY FAMILIES, IRELAND
My parents, sisters, brothers in law, nieces and nephews stayed in Mickeys Sunrise Villa Nov/Dec 2010! Honestly this was an amazing villa to stay in. It is beautiful and extremely child friendly. From the moment we walked through the front door we felt at home. (We wish it was our home!!) It had everything we could of wanted or needed. The location was great and the community it is located in was lovely too. The owners are also really nice and helpful but not at all intrusive. Whenever I emailed a question before our holiday and there were plenty of them Theresa replied immediately. We had an amazing holiday and want to thank Theresa and Mark for helping make this happen. We haven't mentioned this to Theresa yet but are planning please God another holiday for Nov/Dec 2012 and would love to book Mickeys Sunrise Villa again!!!
JULY/AUG 2010 – HAWKINS FAMILY, ENGLAND
We stayed at Mickey's Sunrise Villa in July/August 2010. From initially contacting the owners, Mark & Theresa, to staying there we had a fantastic service. The villa is stunning and it is obvious from the moment you walk in the door that the owners go that extra mile to make sure your stay is perfect. All the amenities are top notch, you really feel like you are walking in to someone’s home, rather than a soulless place, which is just there to make money. The bedrooms are excellent, and the en-suite master bedroom is nothing short of massive! Eva loved the Mickey themed bedroom and the Princess themed room.
The location is great, only 15 mins or so drive to Disney, but far enough away so you can relax and unwind after a long day. The pool is perfect for this!!
There is a Sweetbay supermarket within walking distance, and a huge Walmart Superstore less than 5 minutes drive away on the US 27.
I can't recommend this place enough.... just perfect. Thank you Mark and Theresa!
JULY 2010 – MEDLAND FAMILY, SWITZERLAND
We stayed at your lovely villa for two weeks July 2010 – We were a group of four from Switzerland, but English: 2 adults, and 2 children (oldest aged 6 years and the youngest 2).
From the initial contact with Theresa and Mark the service we received was fantastic and very personal. Theresa rang us before we went to their villa and sent us information in the post. Plus even rang us the second week of our holiday to check everything was going O.K. and any problems.
When we arrived at the villa first impressions for us and our children was it was amazing. Beautiful layout, very spacious, well equipped, clean and just what we had been hoping for. Our children loved there themed rooms and the Nemo bathroom. There were lots of games to play with and the games room for our oldest son was a hit. There was every equipment for our youngest son, from a cot, highchair, pram, potty, safety fence for pool, etc., just wonderful.
The pool was fantastic, nice temperature and kept regularly clean by local agents.
The location was great for us as a family to get round to seeing the Disney parks, being nearby shops and restaurants (a huge selection to choose from, without going far). And also enjoying the benefits of takeaways and food being delivered, which is something, we don’t have in Switzerland.
We went on for a third week nearer the coast for one week, and we can honestly say our stay there and the villa didn’t even compare to Theresa and Marks. We would definitely return to Theresa and Marks villa again when we plan to return for a holiday in the future and have recommended there villa to our friends and family.
For us this was our dream holiday which was made extra special for us and our children, because of the wonderful homely villa of Theresa’s and Marks that we stayed in.

Mark and Theresa are just so easy to deal with. Any enquiries regarding the villa are dealt with quickly and answered comprehensively. The villa is simply a home from home, and provides great comfort after a long day at the Parks. Re-booking the villa for May 2012 was a no brainer; we look forward to again enjoying the home comforts the villa has to offer.
MAR 2010 – SMITH & CRAWFORD FAMILIES, ENGLAND
We stayed in this lovely villa for two weeks in march 2010. Total party 4 adults, 1 toddler 1 baby.
I have to say its a wonderful villa and very well equiped for people with children, with two cots one for each of my sons, highchair, toys, childrens feeding utencils, potty etc.
Excellent location especially for supermarkets and food.
The villa itself was very spacious and very clean. With all the mod cons required
The pool is only overlooked from the left hand side so nice and private.
I was so relieved when we got there to find everything ready, and also a welcome pack containing tea, sugar, crisps, biscuits etc so we could chill out for an hour before starting to unpack and shop for food.
We had a fantastic stay and will defiantly be staying again.
Communication with the villa owners was also first class with every question answered quickly.

From the moment we enquired about "mickeys sunrise villa " we were so impressed by the care and attention given by the owners.They were happy to answer all our questions and give us advice to make planning our stay as easy as possible. When arriving at the villa we were welcomed and settled in even though it was late . The villa itself is immaculate and is exactly as it shows in the pictures. It was especially good as we had young children and the villa has everything that young children could wish for, not only a wonderfully equipped games room and a pool with safety features but toys and games for them to play with ! the owners really had thought of everything . The area was wonderful and quiet but only a short drive from the disney parks . I have stayed in another villa since(only because i was too late to book this one) but it was not even nearly as good so i advise booking early ! Overall we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend staying here as it is the perfect villa for families.
